How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (with the exception of the username). Website administrators are the only others who are able to see and edit that information.

In the unlikely event we discover there has been a breach of the information stored on our site, each registered user will be notified as soon as we learn of the breach. We put encryption methods in place to protect passwords and no payment information is stored on the site so financial information will never be stored or at risk on our site.
What third parties we receive data from
We may receive data which has been encrypted from Google Analytics to provide information about how users interact with our website. We also may receive information from Mailchimp about how recipients interact with the marketing emails we send. Upon placing an order on our website, our secure payment processing system, Stripe, will send us a notification of received payment indicating your name and order number, but we will never be able to see your payment information. Terms & Conditions for Orders
Our products are handmade and customized and there may be a slight variance in color from what you have ordered. Colors are subject to variance due to individual monitor color settings.
Please review all our terms and conditions below before placing your order to confirm the size, color and quantities are correct.
We begin creating, ordering materials, or preparing stock orders for shipment almost immediately upon receiving your order to ship as quickly as possible.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations & Returns for Orders
All sales for are final. Refunds will not be issued once your order has been processed. Custom orders are those which require a special color and size, specifically for clothing and accessories.
All custom ordered items which involve custom colors, sizes or other details, are not eligible for return or refund. However, If your item is received damaged or was incorrectly produced, we will happily remake and ship you a new item. For damaged or incorrect orders, please send us an email with a photo of the error/damage, including your order number. With this information, we can look into the issue and expedite an exchange as quickly as possible.
Cancellations & Returns for Stock Items & Non-custom Orders
For stock items which no not require customization, like all greeting cards, we will accept cancellations within 1 day hours of receiving your order and payment.
If cancellation request is received 1 day of placing your order, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover the cost of materials.
Refunds for any order
We will be happy to exchange your product for a credit or replacement in the event an item is received and not as described or damaged.
If any shipped order is refused at the time of delivery, it will be considered ineligible for any form of refund and subject to a 25% restocking fee less shipping costs. Refunds and credits will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
Items that are “stocked” and do not require any customization, are eligible for exchange if you are not satisfied with the the item you selected. If you wish to exchange your product for something else, please send an email indicating your order details to help process your exchange quickly. If you opt to receive a credit, you can use it anytime within 1 year of issue.
Once your order has been shipped and transferred the carrier, we will not be responsible for delays to due to weather, incorrectly provided shipping addresses, or other shipping carrier delays or related issues.
We will help investigate shipments if discovered they are lost or undelivered based on the tracking information we receive from the carrier at the time the shipping label is created. All packages are insured for the value of the contents only and if an order is lost, we will file the claim on your behalf and send another shipment out as quickly as we can.
All packages are shipped via ground and most packages may take up to 3-5 days to be delivered based on the delivery address provided at the time of your order. However, delivery dates for ground shipments can not be guaranteed.
Shipments for orders placed close to holidays or during inclement weather in certain regions may be delayed. We will provide as estimated delivery date as provided by the carrier, but this is only an estimate.
